Villa Pastels, also known as EBA, is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa located in Vitet. It is just minutes away from several beaches and shopping spots. Enjoy amazing ocean views from this contemporary gem, featuring simplistic style with wood, polished concrete, steel, and glass decorating the interior with subtle colors.

The spacious living room opens to an indoor dining room, which comfortably seats 12 guests, and a gourmet kitchen. Glass doors open up to the deck and pool, with a covered terrace housing a 12-guest dining area. The outside kitchen includes a countertop stove and plancha, as well as a separate gas grill.

The main bedroom is large and has a dressing room, king-size bed, and small fridge. The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom also has a king-size bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms.

The grounds feature lush tropical gardens, with a teak wooden deck with lounge chairs in both sun and shade around the pool. A gazebo with a small lounge area is located just a few steps away. The house also includes WiFi and high-speed internet, a fax machine, a gas grill, an outdoor shower near the entrance, and French satellite TV.

Villa EBA comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, this villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is also suitable for young children.
